Dear colleagues!
We are pleased to invite you to the International Conference “MODERN TECHNOLOGIES AND PLANT PROTECTION PRODUCTS AS A PLATFORM FOR INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT IN THE AGRO-INDUSTRY OF RUSSIA”, to be held in Saint-Petersburg, Pushkin from 8 to 12 October 2018.
The Conference is aimed at promoting cutting-edge research on phytosanitary management of agroecosystems using digital technologies for remote monitoring, development of new biorational plant protection products and technologies for their application in systems for protecting major agricultural crops and designing agroecosystems.
The Conference is organized by: FSBSI VIZR, FASO of Russia, RAS, Minselkhoz and IOBC EPRS.
Representatives of the following organizations are welcome to participate in the Conference: research and higher education institutions from Russia and abroad, services of the Russian Agricultural Center (Rosselkhozcenter), Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance (Rosselkhoznadzor), agricultural holdings, as well as agricultural producers, developers and manufacturers of biological and chemical plant protection products.
The Conference program will cover the following topics:
- Phytosanitary technologies in intensive crop and organic farming;
- Remote methods for phytosanitary monitoring, digital and geoinformation technologies;
- Molecular-genetic methods for developing new crop varieties resistant to pest organisms and modern methods of their diagnostics;
- Eco-friendly plant protection products and technologies in the agro-industry of Russia;
- Polyfunctional biopreparations for integrated pest management on agricultural crops;
- Technologies for mass rearing and application of entomophagous arthropods in greenhouses;
- Innovation economics in introducing new plant protection products and technologies;
- Organization and functioning of innovation sites.
English and Russian will be working languages of the Conference.
Applications for participation in the Conference should be sent for the attention of the Organizing Committee to the e-mail of FSBSI VIZR.
Registration Fee for the Conference participants is 2000 rubles, students, bachelors and masters are free of charge, participation in absentia – 1000 rubles. The bank details for registration fees will be specified in the second information letter.
The proceedings of the conference are to be published in a separate volume and indexed in the scientometric database Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI). Requirements for submitted papers will be indicated in the second information letter.
The key dates:
The first information letter – 20 April 2018.
Call for applications and paper annotations (not more than 300 words) for proceedings – before 20 June 2018.
The second information letter – 10 July 2018.
Paper submission deadline – before 20 August 2018.
Arrival and accommodation of participants – 8 October 2018.
Conference working days – 9-11 October 2018.
Departure – 2 October 2018.
