XIII International Scientific Conference "Microbial Biotechnologies: Fundamental and Applied Aspects"
We invite you to take part in the XIII International Scientific Conference "Microbial Biotechnologies: Fundamental and Applied Aspects" Minsk, June 6-9, 2023
The conference will be held face-to-face with the possibility of online participation. The conference program will include plenary presentations and sessions of oral presentations. Within the framework of the conference, a meeting of the General Assembly of the VPRS MOBB will take place.
An exhibition of innovative biotechnological products, a presentation of equipment and reagents for microbiological, biochemical and molecular biological research will be organized. Abstracts will be publishedin the conference proceedings. By agreement with the organizing committee, the materials of the report in the form of an article can be published in the peer-reviewed annual collection of scientific papers "Microbial Biotechnologies: Fundamental and Applied Aspects" (recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Belarus RSCI), the publication of which is planned for the fourth quarter of 2023. Requirements for the design of articles will be sent by the organizing committee.
The organizing committee reserves the right not to consider materials that do not correspond to the subject of the conference, the requirements for registration or provided later than the required deadlines.
Topics of scientific areas of the conference
1. Physiology, biochemistry and genetics of microorganisms.
2. Microbial synthesis of biologically active compounds.Genetic engineering design of microorganisms. Collectionsmicroorganisms.
3. Biotechnologies for agriculture.
4. Biotechnologies for medicine and industry.
5. Environmental biotechnologies.
Conference working languages: Belarusian, Russian, English.
Conference venue: State Scientific Institution "Institute of Microbiology of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus".
To participate in the conference, you must submit an application and provide materials of reports (abstracts) up to 2 full pages of A4 format, drawn up in accordance with the established requirements, using the electronic registration system (www.mbio.bas-net.by/2023).

Online and remote participation (publication of materials, abstracts) 10 USD*
Members of the Belarusian Public Association of Microbiology (BOOM) free of charge
Notes - *equivalent amount in Belarusian rubles at the exchange rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus at the time of payment.
The cost of the registration fee includes the cost of organizing a video conference, equipment rental, transfer of participants to the conference venue, and a conference participant package.Payment of the registration fee is made by non-cash transfer of funds to the settlement account of the Institute of Microbiology of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.
